Khewra Salt Mines
Khewra Salt Mines Tourist Resort has been created by PMDC with its own assets. Inside the Mine, a lovely mosque made of various shades of rock salt blocks has been developed – empty dividers of salt blocks when lit give an excellent look. A huge chamber called “Get together Hall” estimating in excess of 250 ft in tallness entrances sightseers. There are sure chambers filled in with immersed saltwater arrangement. These lakes when enlightened with extravagant lights give mind-blowing look. There is a territory of straightforward salt of light pink shading known as “Shish Mahal”. Various chambers are associated with salt scaffolds over water lakes and when enlightened with lights show the glorious impressions of various shades of salt. The improvement program imagines the creation and advancement of the accompanying offices at Khewra Salt Mines in the main period of the advancement program, which has since been finished.
