Balochistan remains Pakistan’s largest province and located in southwestern Pakistan, has a rich and complex history. This region has been inhabited since ancient times. Archaeological evidence suggests human presence dating back to the Paleolithic era (about 50,000 years ago).
The region was often a crossroads for trade and cultural exchange between Central Asia, Persia, and the Indian subcontinent. The Baloch people speak Balochi.
